访问网站出现了Unable to round-trip http request to upstream: Dialing persistent......错误如何解决？

最近有用户反馈香港云服务器搭建了宝塔后，网站访问不了， 报错如上图：

错如内容：

Unable to round-trip http request to upstream: Dialing persistent://www.gzodad.com:80 with fp-ockor2021sea-20230410-140-tlsmasq (129.154.52.22:443) on attempt 0 context died (1st codepath): dial duration (19.972s): Context duration (20s). Context error: context deadline exceeded

翻译了一下：

无法将http请求往返到上游：拨号persistent://www.gzodad.com:80在尝试0时fp-ockor021sea-20230410-140-tlsmasq（129.154.52.22:443）上下文已终止（第一个代码路径）：拨号持续时间（19.972s）：上下文持续时间（20s）。上下文错误：超过了上下文截止日期

还是没能看懂为什么会出现这个错误。

解决办法：

随后请求远程客户本地电脑检查下，发现了客户本地运行了一个叫“蓝灯（lanterm）” 的软件，断开蓝灯后。再刷新。 就可以访问了。
